Receptionist (Copenhagen)

As our new receptionist you’ll be the face of our Facility Service team in Copenhagen, reporting to our Facility Manager and working alongside a dedicated team of 14 colleagues with different responsibilities across the facility service area. You’ll work closely with our two receptionists based in Aalborg, but you’ll have the primary responsibility for our 35 colleagues based in Copenhagen. Responsible for the overall function and look of our office and managing e.g., cleaning personnel and service contractors, you’ll work with a wide variety of administrative tasks, but also physically take part in keeping the office looking sharp, ensuring that soda- and coffee machines are operational and updating the seating plan. Further responsibilities will include:

-Supporting executives with various administrative tasks.

-Receiving guests and managing access cards for colleagues and guests.

-Answering and redirecting phone calls and receiving physical mail.

-Purchasing office consumables, gifts, flowers, welcome bags etc.

-Travel booking for colleagues and managing travel costs.

-Keeping inventory of both IT and facility hardware in stock.

-Ordering and arranging breakfasts in the kitchenette.

The Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate has a few years of experience working as a receptionist or in similar administrative positions and demonstrates strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and processes ongoingly. As the first point of contact for guests and contractors, it’s essential that you display a welcoming and service minded attitude, leaving our guests with a positive impression of their visit. As we’re an international business with over 32 nationalities represented across our staff, our primary working language is English. Since you’ll be the ‘go-to-person’ for newly hired internationals, a thorough understanding and knowledge of the Danish system and society would be beneficial.
