We’ve been awarded one of ‘Best Workplaces in Denmark’.

We’re extremely honoured and proud to announce that we have been awarded as one of the ‘Best Workplaces in Denmark” by Great Place to Work.

We were awarded with the placement as the 8^th “Best Workplaces in Denmark” among the 25 awarded companies and organization between 50-499 employees.

This achievement is the culmination of also being recognised with the following:

→ Great Place to Work Certification in December 2022, based on a Trust Index Survey with the statement that 94% of our employees say that taking everything into account Centrica Energy Trading is a great place to work.

→ Nomination in Top 3 for ‘Best Workplace in Denmark for Women’ in March 2023, based on the Trust Index Survey and an extensive Culture Audit Profile.

These recognitions are a validation and symbol of all our work and dedication to create and foster an amazing workplace culture, where everyone can thrive, develop and have a meaningful professional and personal life. And we’re committed to continuously deliver on that promise.

The ‘Best Workplaces in Denmark’ award is given based on the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey conducted in December 2022 and a 24 page (57.500 characters) long Culture Audit Profile, that describes our workplace practices, activities, initiatives and employee quotes.
